PPR pipe fittings are also called three-type polypropylene pipe fittings, which are made of random copolymerized polypropylene through extrusion to become pipes, and injection molding to become pipe fittings. It is a new type of plastic pipe product developed and applied in Europe in the early 1990s. In the late 1980s, PPR used a gas phase copolymerization process to make about 5% of PE randomly and uniformly polymerize (random copolymerization) in the molecular chain of PP to become a new generation of pipeline materials. It has good impact resistance and long-term creep properties.

3. Good heat resistance. The Vicat Softening Temperature point of the PPR tube is 131.5°C. The maximum working temperature can reach 95℃, which can meet the requirements of the hot water system in the building water supply and drainage code.

4. Long service life. Under the condition of working temperature of 70℃ and working pressure (P.N) of 1.0MPa, the service life of PPR pipe can reach more than 50 years; at normal temperature (20℃), the service life can reach more than 100 years.

5. Easy installation and reliable connection. PPR has good welding performance, pipes and fittings can be connected by hot melt and electrofusion, easy installation, reliable joints, and the strength of the connection part is greater than the strength of the pipe itself.

6. Materials can be recycled. The PPR waste is cleaned and crushed and then recycled for the production of pipes and fittings. Recycled material
