The vacuum extrusion speed is fast and the mass production is large, but it is not suitable for customers with high dimensional accuracy requirements. No matter what kind of process has suitable customer groups and corresponding product characteristics.
The production process of the cold extrusion process is to directly enter the water tank for immersion or water spray cooling after the material is discharged from the machine head die, so that the PVC material can be rapidly cooled and cooled from the die outlet to achieve the effect of cooling and shaping. It is processed by PVC cold top hard top extrusion method. The appearance of the product is bright and the gloss is good.
